Police in Nabisaalu Waswa zone in Makindye division are still investigating circumstances under which Joy Bira a house wife to Benson Baluch cut off her partner’s dick following a disagreement that occurred at their home.
According to some eyewitnesses they told our media the couple had a hinted argument and result the during the conflict the wife picked the knife and chopped off her husband’s dick.
However this angered the mob to intervene in the matter and beat up Joy before police swung into action and arrested her.
It’s noted that the victim was bleeding profusely to the extent that by the time rescuers attempted to rush him to Mulago National Referral Hospital he succumbed to death.
However police have condemned such extreme martial violence by spouses who react with furry instead of seeking assistance to resolve conflict.
The suspect is now facing charges of martial violence as she awaits court appearance.
