In a shocking incident that unfolded in Soroti, a group of audacious criminals targeted St. Patrick Catholic Parish in Madera, Soroti City, breaking into the diocese kraal and making off with two cows belonging to the Soroti Diocese Bishop, Rt Rev.  Dr. Joseph Eciru Oliach.
